DJS Group LLC ("DJSG") is uniquely focused on the Data Center marketplace. DJSG's core focus has been global Data Center brokerage / advisory and consulting services. 

Underlying DJSG's core focus is the substantial gap which exists in the asset class between real estate brokerage firms, IT consultants and internal end-users (real estate and IT) with respect to the integration of IT infrastructure, project delivery and mission critical facility procurement and deployment. NT's Advisory service activities seek to capitalize on the untapped revenue streams and transactions within the Mission Critical Data Center and IT infrastructure marketplace, many of which are poorly exploited within the National and Regional real estate brokerage and IT communities.

Co-location / Managed service / Cloud providers often interface directly with IT, or Real Estate personnel for their data center deployments. These groups typically lack the skillsets and knowl­edge needed to effectively procure data center capacity in an ever-evolving world. NT / DJSG has successfully created a proven service to exploit these opportunities across the globe.
